Nickys Glow Beads will only provide a refund to you in the case that there is a fault with the item you have purchased at the point that you receive them.  

Exchanges are not guaranteed as each item is made in a limited run. If we have the product in stock that you require and the item you are sending back is still in original condition, we may make an exception to this. Please get in contact via email if this is the case. 

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene/health and safety reasons.

Custom made products cannot be exchanged or returned as they are all made to order.

20% VAT charge is included in all sales.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
